Orders

Ordered a phone on Saturday. Not heard nothing since. No email or nothing. Can you help please. Has my order gone through. Can someone ring me.

My order on my app says. Action required due to delivery issue ? Didn't even know it was out for delivery

You need to be proactive and call Sky to see what's going on. Sky can't/won't call you.
