Orders on app or website

I'm new to sky and all setup, what I've noticed about the sky app or website is everytime I try to place an order it says technical fault not yours but ours refresh the app or page to try again and it's repetitive and never works? I've reinstalled the app I've deleted cookies etc on the browser the only option is to call but be held on the phone for over 30 mins each time is pretty poor customer service why can't you order on the app or website ?

Technical issues n the website do get posted on here a few times each week and the only way around them is to phone Sky and have them place the order for you.
