Not registered on network in USA
My phone will not register on US network despite following ALL sky recommendations and community settings.
Contacting Sky is a joke from 151 to many of the other customer service and complaints numbers. I am using another phone to do this and get through each time the Iam asked to identify myself and the communication goes all garbled and I can not understand the messages from sky. I have done this 15 times with the same response. Despite talking to Sky mobile before we left and getting all setting nothing is working. This is the 2nd time in USA where this has happened and will be leaving Sky on my return very poor show from sky.

Re: Not registered on network in USA
If you have done the usual and made sure your phone is set to automatic or abroad and made your spend cap is high enough if you have ne set and also searched for other networks and it will still not work then I'm afraid there is not much more you can do other than to use Wi-Fi when available.

I presume that's a typo and you meant to type 150.
Try paragraph 2 on this link for a contact number whilst abroad

Re: Not registered on network in USA
150 and 151 both take you to sky and have the same result.

Re: Not registered on network in USA
Looking around I see the Samsung Galaxy A40 only supports 4G band 5,20,41
Phonearena.com tells me no operator in USA supports those bands.
This might be the reason ?

Almost certainly. Many roaming issues are device-based, either capability or configuration.
