Ordering New Handsets Issue

So when i go to order a new handset, i get throught he credit check, then sign the agreements and cannot get to the next stage, due to the submit order button missing. Tried on laptop and on device. Did this twice to no avail.

Will these be on my credit file now, as its not progressed or ordered. And to be frank the chat service was useless in trying to help, they didnt have a clue.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

I would suggest calling Sky instead to see if they can help you to get the phone ordered.

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

https://www.sky.com/help/home

When you do call say nothing when the bot speaks to you about what your call is about as it should then route you to somebody.
