Ordered the wrong phone

Ive ordered my daughter the wrong phone she wanted the iPhone 16 pro and I've accidently ordered the iPhone 16 plus it's currently on a backlog and I've not estimated delivery date as of yet how do I change it?

Hi @Chrissy37  you will need to call sky to cancel the order and place a new one. A further credit check may be carried out. For information Apple have discontinued the 16 pro and pro max models so sky may have issues getting stock.

As Apple have discontinued the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max there might be significant problems for any supplier trying to get stock, not just Sky.
