Ordered phone, now order not showing in mysky

I pre-ordered the new iPhone 14 Pro max on the 9th September. It was quoting despatch for Friday 16th. I went through the app, was credit checked and passed affordability checks and the credit check also. It went to authorise my credit card and a pending transaction of £0.00 was registered against the card. I signed and agreed all the pre-credit agreements but there is absolutely no trace of the order on my sky when I log in. If I go to manage, nothing is there and if I go to track my orders I get a message saying if I need help to contact to try the community for further help.

 

Has my order gone through. I would have thought I would see a pending order I'd nothing else? I didn't get any details by email of the credit agreement which I thought I would. 

 

Is anyone else experiencing similar problems?

No, not one. It said everything had gone through OK and I had passed credit checks but it seems strange there is no pending order online to view.

@mholro2 if you've not received any communication then it could be a ghost order which looking at the community threads seems to happen quite a bit

Oh great, so now a further two week waiting because of their system errors!
