Ordered new phone, cant open rhe credit agreement

I've been sent a link to sign my new mobile phone contract. When I open the link from email or from my sky app it takes me to the mobile phone deals page.

How do I get it to load??

What happens if you try to link your mobile account to you main Sky ID as per this:

I tried that link and it does exactly the same thing. I click on sign contract and get forwarded to mobile phone deals. Very frustrating

That link show allow you to link your mobile account to your Sky ID and not to take you to the credit agreement so have you done this ?

I tried linking my mobile phone as you kindly suggested. It says my postcode is in the wrong format. The postcode is **18 9**.  I've tried it also removing the gap between 1st and 2nd parts buy that doesn't work either!

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.

Yes please. I've tried again today and it's still doing the same thing. I've tried alot if the suggestions but nothings working. It still keeps sending me to the mobile page
