I'm still waiting to be contacted.  This means I'm still not able to sign the contract for my new phone which I ordered ~2 weeks ago. Getting a bit frustrated,  tbh.

Yes, I still need help. I've followed all the suggestions given. I've spoken to someone from Sky. This has gone on for over 14 days.

My phone won't link to my Sky account  because the form won't accept my postcode.

I work as a GP on the NHS. I work long hours. I've spent hours trying to sort out this problem.  I cannot believe how poor the customer service has been. I cannot understand why you are just not able to resolve  this issue.  I am a patient person but your inability to help me has caused a lot of irrigation. Please just sort out the problem and reissue my new phone contract.

I dont know which message you're referring to. I just want Sky to resolve my problem.  I can't see that it's beyond the company's ability to deal with this issue. How many more messages do I have to endure??

Still  awaiting a response from someone. Appalling service. Will be leaving Sky at the earliest opportunity
