Ordered iPione 16 - delivery issues with DPD
I placed an order for a iPhone 16 on Wednesday 27 February 25,, order went through and was told delivery due Thursday 28 February 25 via DPD. I have clicked the link on the Sky app and it says package is being held at Wolverhampton depot. I contacted the DPD depot and they advised me that I have rescheduled my delivery for the 6 March 25. I called them and reassured them that I haven't and they said that someone with a different email address to the one I said was connected to my account. I have to say that this concerned me.
has anyone else experienced this. If not I will call and speak to them

So they are saying that someone gained access to your account and has rescheduled the delivery to a different date, I presume the delivery address has not be changed or has it ?

They said I changed the date twice. I asked when and they said at 00.15 and I said I didn't do that as I was in bed. They said I had done in by email I said I hadn't . They asked me to confirm my email which I did, they said that wasn't the email address that had made the request. They said that they couldn't tell me the email as the email had been provided to them by sky, this confused me as the only email address Sky should have for me is mine
they didn't tell me if they had changed the delivery address they said that I should talk to Sky which is my next step

I do think you need to talk to Sky about this to see if they can help at all or at the very least can get is changed back to you are released from this hold that it is in.

I think there appears to has been a data breach somewhere along the way which is disappointing and concerning, and I really hope that this isn't the case

Got an email stating replacement puck would be delivered between 19:06 and 20:06. Received email at 18:54 saying courier had missed us what that means I do not know. Phoned sky and was told the courier had been at the door at 19:07, we have a ring door bell so it must have been the invisible man. Please sky use a reliable courier service if there is one. Hope to meet Kyle tomoz the delivery driver bet he wishes he never met me
