Order

I have an order still in progress that is already one week old; I need it urgently. Processing it takes long, which is ridiculous service. I don't get why it is taking that much long this time, which is shambolic. Sahem.

You haven't said what you've ordered but as customers we have no insight into stock levels or delivery timescales.

After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
