Order

I ordered an Ipad last night, sky took the upfront cost and I passed the credit check however I still haven't received a confirmation email of my order?

I would say the fact it says it says it is saying coming soon suggests you have past the credit checks because had you failed this you would have been sent a order cancelled email.

All you can do is to keep an eye on it for updates as it will let you know when it has been dispatched to DPD and they will then contact you with a one hour delivery slot.

Do you know how long that can take please? My worry was they was going to cancel my order and say it's out of stock or something lol

Can I rest assured it isn't going to be cancelled then and that it isn't an issue with item being out of stock?
