Order won’t process

Hi! 
im trying to order a pay monthly iPad for my son for Christmas. Every time I get to the payment page for the one off payment and monthly payment the order comes to a halt. I press the continue button but it won't work. I've passed the credit checks etc. I've tried it on a few different days incase it's a glitch but it's not working. Can anyone help? Thanks, Amy.

Hi @AmyA1  you will need to call sky for help placing the order if it won't go through online. Have you tried doing the order with the incognito mode of your browser ?
