My wife's iPhone 12 stopped making or receiving calls last Saturday . Phoned 150 on my phone and the person at the other end said he would phone me back to reset phone when I got home. This didn't happen so we removed sim and put back in phone and it worked fit 2 days but now resumes to spaccwpt or make calls. We just want to order a replacement sim but the the linked just send you around in circles. Been on messenger chat for over 3 hours now without a response. Sky must have the worst customer help going
