Order repeatedly cancelled
Anyone know why an order from an individual with an excellent credit history and score is having an order for a new contract cancelled repeatedly? The orders have been placed over the phone with a Sky employee who has said they can't see an issue? The last attempt the advisor said
it's because there is already an account at this address (my account) and I'd need to authorise which I did but once again it's been cancelled 🤷🏼♀️

Re: Order repeatedly cancelled
I'm not aware of a reason why you would have to 'authorise' another person to order a device.
See this link for Skys guidance ~

Be aware that if you keep trying to order the device this could further impact your credit score. Sky would be able to confirm that’s the reason your order was cancelled but not why you failed the credit check in the first place as they are not allowed to view your credit record.
Also perhaps check that Sky have the correct spelling of your name.

Re: Order repeatedly cancelled
Thank you for your response. At no
point has the sky advisor said it's due to the credit check. They've said it's a problem at their end. Very frustrating.
