@Violeta1 I take it you failed the credit checks? if so you will need to contact a credit reference agency to see if there is any incorrect information on your file, to see if your score is to low, or to see if there is any adverse information such as declined/missed payments showing, you can get free access from many companies just use Google to search for "free credit check".

Sky won't be able to tell you why you failed the checks.

 

If it is another reason why Sky declined you whay did the message say when you applied for a device.
