Payment saying I owe money

I paid £43 on the 28th of October and £43 16th october and you are saying I owe £43 witch is wrong I paid it I would like his resolved

A few questions:

 

Are you making manual payments when usually you shouldn't need to do.

Do you see a credit on your account for these payments you made ?

Yes I don't have a direct debit set up so I do it manually
