I ordered an iPad, in MySky the order says completed but no delivery information.
I got 2 emails to say thank you for your purchase but one email in between saying it was cancelled. I got a text to say my initial payment was refunded. No refund in bank. My sky still says the order is completed.
Now I have no idea what's happening and seems impossible to speak to someone. Don't feel happy about the customer service / help available

You could call sky and they will be able to confirm if this is the case but not why you have failed. Equifax or similar May be able to shed some insight. Repeated applications will make it worse.

This wouldn't make any sense as my credit history is good. How do I get in contact with them as when I phone a number 0333 7591 018 i can't seem to get through to anyone and it keeps putting my through to sky tv when I say sky mobile

Also the app still says order competed, not very clear what's going on.

It's been sorted now, managed to get through to the correct team. They didn't know what caused the issue with the order.
