Placed an order online today. Credit check successful, Loan Agreement signed. To get an email from Sky after 5 hours saying cancelled. I know Vodafone are having a problem with their Loan Agreements today. Are Sky having problems with their Loan Agreements too?

Find out moreIf you have received an email saying your order has been cancelled then usually this is because you have failed the second more enhanced credit check that takes place, so to see if this is what has happened you will need to call Sky as they will be able to say if this is what has happened but will not be able to say why as they are not allowed to view your credit records.
