I have made 2 order for iPhone 14 pro max I've signed the contacts and passed credit checks then a few hours later my order gets cancelled with no explanation when I ring apparently it because of a back ground check and I should wait up to 2 weeks for someone to contact me regarding this ? I've never had just poor service with a mobile provider they have also credit checked me twice because customer services all don't understand why it's cancelled

Find out moreIf you call Sky they would be able to confirm that’s the reason your order was cancelled but not why you failed the credit check in the first place as they are not allowed to view your credit record. You would have to sign up at somewhere like Experian or Equifax, which would give you access to your credit record. If you continue to try to order this will further impact your credit score. I've not heard to Sky calling customers back who have failed this enhanced check.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Noah2210 If it's failimg a credit check I would suggest looking at your credit file as no one at Sky can do this for you, so they would not be able to tell you why you're failing a credit check

Hi , they have told me my credit check passed apparently it was a sperate back ground check
