Order duplicated

I tried recently to order 2 SIM cards from sky and within 60 seconds of confirmation I got an email cancelling the order.

"As a result of our checks we are unable to proceed with your Sky Mobile order."  There was no reason for this so I rang Sky and they went through the process and ordered me two more SIM cards and they have duely arrived.  My issues are as follows

1) I can't seem to activate the cards - either through the website or app - I go to activate card and am asked what SIM would I like to order.

2) I have two orders on my account each saying two cards, both delivered. Does that mean I should have four SIMS and if so, if I don't activate two do they just die and I don't get charged montly for them?

Cheers

I would call Sky to both activate them and ask them about these other 2 sim cards which might have something to do with the original cancelled order.

That is the direction I was heading to but I was just wondering if it was just me going mad.  Reading a few pages and it appears there is an issue with online accounts, hopefully Sky will fix it.
