Order details

Why i can't see my order if it's approved ?

How long ago did you place the order? As we’re customers we have no insight into stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

It shouldn't be saying that as we are customers here who help each other so can't access your details. You might want to leave this for the time being as if you see the same message later tomorrow then you will have to do as the message says and that is to call Sky.
