Account Locked and mobile order cancelled.

Account has now been locked for 11 days.  Two days prior to this I had ordered a new phone and 2 esims.   I can't access my mobile billing or MySky account at all.  This post is being done on my wife's community account.  She can still accessAccount was locked the day my phone order was due.  Sky recalled the new phone when it was out for delivery.  It was the same day that my account was locked.  I phoned sky and they said there was fradulent activity on my account, but didn't go into any more detail.  They asked if I'd noticed any strange activity and I told them I had no concerns and haven't had any issues anywhere.  They said the backend team were dealing with it as the account problem needs sorting before my order can be reprocessed, and that someone would get back to me within 24 hours.  That was 10 days ago!   I loathe making phone calls (especially to sky) as it is such a long winded process.  Really need to be able to log in to roll my data over soon too!

As customers here there is nothing we can do for you other to suggest that you chase this up with Sky by calling them as it is the only way you will get this sorted.
