No one is going to contact you from a post here (public customer helps customers forum).

You'll need to contact Sky.

No one here can give you an update. As customers we have no insight into delivery timescales or stock levels.

It certainly sounds like you've ordered an iPhone 18. This happens every year after a new model launches as Apple can't keep up with demand. 

The most up to date information on your order should be available at:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order 

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that's usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
