Order cancellation
Have called to cancel my order made last night. Have been told because I signed the credit agreement it can't be, I have to wait until I receive the phone and then have to send that back, seems ridiculous! The Agreement itself states there's a 14 day cooling off period starting today!
Help!!!

That doesn't sound right to me so I would try again and if they say you can either register a complaint:
https://www.sky.com/help/complaints
Or wait and it arrives then call Skybto arrange its return and if you do it make sure you get and keep the proof of posting receipt.
