Please can I Cancel my Apple watch - I returned the watch because the strap was to small, and I purchased a new watch

Before returning it did you call Sky to cancel it because that is what you need to do so you can do this as the same time you call them about your sim.

I didn't, I did realise I had to cancel this first

You do have to cancel and you can usually only do this if you have had the watch for 31 days or less so it might be worth doing this as soon as possible. When you returned it did you get and still have the proof of posting receipt ?

Good, keep it safe because should any issues crop up you can show you have returned it.
