Order Help

Can anyone point me in the right direction please. 

ordered an iPhone 16 plus on 31st October - It stated on the website 'Delivery in 1-2 weeks' 

then got told by sky it was going to be over a month, and the delays were from their end and every service provider was experiencing delays. 

raised a complaint and was told my order had been 'prioritised' and would be delivered by tomorrow. 

called again this morning to check what the crack was, to be told by retentions team 'this is 100% our fault we are experiencing significant delays, there's nothing we can do' 

 

 

asked to change to a different colour that was showing in stock but was told 'it's showing 1-2 weeks on our end'

 

just want a delivery date as this is a present for my sons birthday next week. Is there anything I can do at this point, sick of being messed around and fobbed off?

Buy it from a store that has it in stock?
