I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent purchase I made through your online store. On February 6, 2025, I placed an order for an iPhone 16 Pro and completed the payment process. The upfront amount has been debited from my bank account; however, I have not received any order confirmation or acknowledgement from your end.
I have verified that the email address associated with my account is correct and have checked my spam and junk folders to ensure the confirmation email was not misdirected. Despite these efforts, I have not received any communication regarding my order.
I kindly request your assistance confirming whether my order has been successfully placed and providing me with the relevant order details. If, for any reason, the order was not processed correctly, please advise on the steps necessary to complete the order.
I appreciate your prompt attention and look forward to your response.
