New phone has run out of data after 3 days and should be unlimited
Bought a new phone 3 days ago with unlimited, calls, texts and data.
The data has already runout for the month preventing me from sending messages on WhatsApp.

Hi @Petewatkins give sky a call on 150 for help. With it being the first month data is normally pro ratered and you don't get the full allowance. If you are on unlimited data then not sure how the pro rater works.

This has happenned to me. Ive used 50g in 3 days? Its never happenned before it doesnt make sense!

If you are new to Sky then the post above by @63johnw applies to you as well as you will not get the full allowance when the sim is first activated but will after the data resets which is on your billing date.
