Bought a new phone 3 days ago with unlimited, calls, texts and data.
The data has already runout for the month preventing me from sending messages on WhatsApp.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Petewatkins give sky a call on 150 for help. With it being the first month data is normally pro ratered and you don't get the full allowance. If you are on unlimited data then not sure how the pro rater works.

This has happenned to me. Ive used 50g in 3 days? Its never happenned before it doesnt make sense!
