Open sky phone onto any network

Mobile phone on sky how can I open it up for any network

@DarrenBrownxxxx  If it's an iPhone you may need to turn off device 1st, then remove sim, restart device without sim, after it's been fully restarted turn off again and place new sim in it, it should then recognise the new providers sim.
