Only getting 3G but mobile data doesn’t work on 3G of 5g

My phone often shows 3G full signal but doesn't let me online, use any apps or send iMessage. I occasionally get 5G but still doesn't let me use any apps or send iMessage. 

I tried all of the settings on the community page and even reset my network settings but nothing seems to work

If you can make calls then the number to call Sky on is just 150.
