About refund

I purchased an iPhone air black 256 gb 2-3 weeks ago. Unfortunatly, I couldn't receive it as delivery guy did not contact with me while he was trying yo deliver it. Afterthat, I called sky and there was a guy named nitish, hd said your phone will be delivered monday and now It has been 9 days and I still haven't received it.At the end, I m so **bleep** of by there service and Want my money back.

You'll need to contact Sky after the staff training taking place to cancel your order.
