Ongoing situation with Sky and DPD. Help!

I ordered amobile phone for delivery 31st August.

Day 1: DPD say they cant find my address so failed to deliver

Day2: DPD say we missed the delivery ( they didnt come near us!!) so failed to deliver

Day 3: DPD deliver item to  to someone else, i have to start paying for the item but sky will investigate and get back within 48 hours. i ask to apeak to a manager and after an hour on the phone I am promised a call back from a supervisor with 24 hours

Day 4 : I contact DPD and threaten to report a theft. they find the item, the driver has recalimed it and brought it back to the depot. they are short on drivers so it might be sent out later but might not. another phone call to sky and hours later get through to someone who raises a complaint and promises a callback from a manager within 24 hours  as callback yesterday didnt happen.

Day 5: nothing from anyone .... i had to do my job so did not have time to keep chasing as i had missed three days work

Day 6: DPD say Sky need to authorise delivery, Sky say the problem is with the provider. No one has called back , no one is actually investigating except me, no phone, being charged for the item and cannot get through "customer services" to speak to anyone. Help, how do I speak to someone!!!!!?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

If the phone is in your depot then it is up to DPD to deliver it so it might be worth looking at their website to see if you can arrange for it to be delivered again.
