Regarding Mobile

I pre booked my Google pixel 10 pro Xl on 21 st Aug and I paid 123 pounds for pre booking and your White City Colleague Said your phone Will be delivered on 28 th of August.till now No update from the Sky and daily I called sky Customer Care every one telling wait 2 days we will update you mail and Call till now No Update from the Sky.

This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are here to try to help other customers. You aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services here.


As we’re customers we have no insight into stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
