I need to provide details of my old account to transfer my number across but don't know who to send them to...

What are you trying to do?

 

To transfer a number from outside the network then you obtain a PAC and give that to Sky.

 

(You cannot transfer Sky to Sky)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

If you have the pac code from your other network then you can give it to Sky online here:
