Ok my honeymoon in Mexico no signal
Need to use my phone in Mexico I've tried putting it on airplane mode then back on turned spend cap off then put back on with a limit of £100 still no signal

Hi @JT7172 as Mexico is a rest of the world destination you will be eating through the £100 spend cap in a matter of minutes if you have data roaming on. You are looking at £2,160 per gig of data (yes thousand). Check your account and billing section to see if you are being charged. If you are reaching the spend cap then that will prevent you using the phone.
