I bought an iPad and it said order confirmed then order cancelled and they took the upfront payment but it's still says 'order coming soon' I don't have a tracking number or anything. Does this mean it's definitely cancelled?

It probably is so if you have received a cancellation one then it will have been as this might have happened if you have failed the second more enhanced credit check that takes place. You can call Sky to find out if this is what has happened as they can answer this for you but as Sky is not allowed to view your financial records they can not tell you why you have failed the check. You might want to look into this yourself by signing up to a site that allows you to view your records, one credit checking site they use is Experian so you could sign up to a free trial with them, just remember to cancel.

Same thing is happened with me I have ordered iphone at first it's send me confirmation of my order then they cancelled and I have made upfront payment. I don't know what to do next even they didn't reply my mails. What the reason behind this.

It’s possible you may have failed the required credit check(s). Also, emails confirming or cancelling the order sometimes arrive out of sequence. See this link for Skys guidance ~

Be aware that if you keep trying to order the device this could further impact your credit score. If you contact Sky they would be able to confirm that’s the reason your order was cancelled but not why you failed the credit check in the first place as they are not allowed to view your credit record. You would have to sign up to a credit reference agency like Experian or Equifax, which would give you access to your credit record.
As stated any upfront payment you’ve made should hopefully be refunded after about 14 days.
Incidentally Sky don't use email to receive general correspondence so that's why you haven't received a reply.

What why they first confirm order If I have not meet the requirements. It's not good. I want my order otherwise they need to refund I will never order from sky. Really disappointed me.

If you've failed the credit checks you won't get your order. My earlier post explains about the refund.

When the order is confirmed further deeper credit checks on you are being undertaken and so not to delay anything the order progress as normal unless as appears to have happened here you fail these extra checks.
