Tried contacting sky there useless i need to change and get a new number due to personal issues how do i do that without cancellation of my contract

If you have had your current number for more than 12 months just call Sky on the free 150 number, request a new sim (which will come with a new but almost certainly recycled number) and get them to cancel your current sim.

 

If you haven't had it 12+ months Sky are unlikely to change it unless you're receiving threats etc which have been reported to the police and you have a police reference number.
