Would I be able to change my SIM card as I want to change my number

If you have had your current number for more than 12 months just call Sky on the 150 number, request a new sim (which will come with a new but almost certainly recycled number) and get them to cancel your current sim.
Otherwise Sky are unlikely to change it unless you're receiving threats etc which have been reported to the police and you have a police reference number.

Hi @Isha1 if you have had your sky plan for more than 12 months just order a new sim at sky.com, that will come with a new number. Then when that's activated call sky on 150 to cancel the old one. Less than 12 months and there would be early termination charges.

You go to sky.com and order one or call sky on 150 from your current sim @Isha1
