I wanted to transfer my old number over to my new phone and I was given a new number from sky until it had transferred over, I received the email informing me it had transferred over but when I call or text people it showing the number sky gave me not the transferred number, I have tried to do the number change on the setting but it does not let me change my number. Chat bot being useless as well as an employee that I spoke to! Please help
