Ask Sky a question

I am wondering if there is an actual way to make contact with a sky 'real person' without waiting on a phone line for hours?

Trying to buy a phone which says free watch included, yet can only get watch if I pay £11 per month. Is this a scam or just another usual Sky glitch?
