I am trying to activate a new SKY sim and transfer an O2 number (I have a PAC code) . It says restricted and needs to be sim account holder to do it. I am the account holder. can anyone advise?

I ended up phoning 150 and they activated it for me and took the PAC code. Sending the sim out today and reduced monthly payment as gesture of good will.
