Number transfer

I am trying to transfer my old number to my new phone with sky. However when I try it keeps telling me "Sorry, there's been a problem

We can't transfer your number at the moment. Please try again".

what do I do ?

Hi @Josewin  can you confirm you are trying to transfer from another network to sky ?

If you have activated your sky sim @Josewin  then call sky on 150 and they will help you.
