Number transfer issue

Hi, I have transfered my number from O2 to Sky with a new phone but is showing my new number for data and my old number as primary, how do I get that changed

If Sky have told you that the number has transferred over and if this is an iphone refresh the network settings so go Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Then go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone. You will need to set up your Wifi connection again.

I have just transferred my sky contract to an iPhone 16 I bought on contact from you but the phone does not work it won't call out it revive calls. It functions in all other ways

Not to us @Gwennifer as we are customers here.

 

If Sky has told you the number has transferred have you followed the advice earlier in this topic to refresh the network settings on your iphone ?
