Number transfare

I have been waiting over 3 weeks for my partners mobile number to transparent to sky, they gave him a temporary number and said his own number will be transfered over in 1 to 2 business days. It's been over 3 weeks now and it still hasn't transfered over. Every time we call we get the same thing, it will take 1 to 2 business days , I'll put a note on the account etc. The number has been transfer in progress for over 3 weeks now.... I am on the verge of cancelling the whole  contract as it's gone beyond a joke now at this stage....

It should only take 1-2 working days so I would put in a complaint:
