i have order iphone 13 and sim on Saturday and I received a mail confirmation for delivery of phone but it doesn't show on the website and further on email when can I get my phone.
When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot. We have no insight into stock levels or the timescales.
