Activated new sim in mobile with request to retain existing number. New Sim activated and PAC code enterred. Phone is still showing new sim number?? Is it normal to wait and wait for old number to be transferred to new sim

Hi @Mixymax can you confirm you are porting from a different network to sky as you can't port from sky to sky sim ? Also porting doesn't happen at weekends so if you are porting from a different network to sky and gave them the PAC yesterday or today it will be Monday or Tuesday before the port completes.

Only done transfer from other provider to Sky earlier today (Sat) so from what you say looks like a waiting game as you say
