Number not working so can’t receive code for replacement eSIM

I've accidentally deleted my eSIM so now can't receive message for codes to replacement sim

Hi @SammLouise  try asking for the code to be sent via email. Failing that ask for a replacement physical sim, once it arrives you can activate it then convert to esim if you want to.
