Number invalid

Hi

I  activated my new sky mobile sim yesterday.  Since then I have been unable to ring my partner's mobile phone number as I keep getting a number invalid message. He can ring me successfully so the issue isn't with him. He is with Vodafone and he is receiving other calls no problem. I can also ring other numbers. I have tried turning the phone off and on and I have re-entered his phone number but nothing has worked. Can't get through to anyone in sky. Has anyone any idea what is wrong.

This will need investigating by a team at Sky so will need reporting to them on 150 and when you make the call say nothing when asked any questions by the bot.
