Number hasn’t transferred

My number didn't fully transfer to my new iPhone. I'm not receiving SMS or calls and voicemail won't connect. Help!

If Sky has told you that or has transferred then try this:

 

Try refreshing the network settings so go Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Then go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone. You will need to set up your Wifi connection again.
