Number has still not transferred from O2

I changed network and phone to Sky from O2 recently.  I opted for an eSIM.  Everything transferred across apart from my number. I have used the Sky online help but issue still not resolved.  Any advice please?

When did you obtain a PAC from o2 and give it to Sky?

The PAC number was given to Sky, the same day as I received my new mob 05/02
